Nomex Seamless Felt For Heat Transfer Printing Machine

Introduction:

Heat transfer printing felt is use on heat transfer printing calender, also called sublimation printing felt which made of 100%nomex (aramid), especially for roll to roll calender sublimation printing machinery.

Our heat transfer felt can resist of high working temperation up to 230°C / 450°F, the funtion of nomex felt is heat resistance against the heat drum to press the pattern sublimation on the fabric, and through the printed paper to make a precise colors and reproduce the picture on the processed fabric with the sharpest definition.

DIRECTIO OF OUR FELT BELT

1. The blanket must be installed as the direction of the arrow, fixing both sides of the perimeter to see if the perimeter is the same.

2. Adjust the machine pressure within 2kg. heat up to 150 ℃, idle for 2 hours; heat up to 170℃, idle for 2 hours; heat up to 190℃, idle 3 hours( important); heat up to 200℃,idle for 2 hours.

3. Then the belt will suitable for your machine, you can adjust the machine pressure in 3--5kg, according to your needed and start to printing.

1.The blanket adopts the imported high-temperature-resistant aramid fabric, and the medium substrate can be divided into two kinds, namely polyester dry net and Kevlar substrate.

2.The temperature can reach 250℃. At the end of usage, the convergence shrinkage is 2% and the extending rate is 3%.

3.It is the transferring printing blanket special for all kinds of textile fabrics, curtain cloth and decoration cloth.

4.The specifications of blankets can be customized.
