Introduction:

Papermaking felts play vital role in the papermaking process. They are used for dewatering purpose from wet paper conveyed from the forming section in paper machine, smoothing the surface, and transferring the paper without blemishes. The felts are generally made of batt layer and fiber layer used for different PM. Each felt is customized for PM based on below data.

1. As a dehydrating medium, when the paper web is dewatered in a vacuum oven and press area, paper making felt to absorb and filter water out the sheets coming off the water.

2. Smooth the paper sheet, smooth the paper sheet surface in transfer and dehydration process.

3. Function of the transfer belt, the network department passes the paper to the drying cadre through the press section, and drives the passive roller and cage operation.

1. The blanket adopts the imported high-temperature-resistant aramid fabric, and the medium substrate can be divided into two kinds, namely polyester dry net and Kevlar substrate.

2. The temperature can reach 250℃. At the end of usage, the convergence shrinkage is 2% and the extending rate is 3%.

3. It is the transferring printing blanket special for all kinds of textile fabrics, curtain cloth and decoration cloth.
